House of Evangelism

The Evangelism House is all about reaching the unchurched in our community for Christ.  This involves a whole lot more than asking people to come to church.  We encourage the entire church family to be involved in the community and to practice hospitality toward their neighbors, so others can know Christ through them.  We plan outreach events that will provide a safe way for the community to find out who we are and why we're here.  We encourage all ages to be involved, so we can reach all ages.  Some areas we will be focusing on for 2010 include:

 1) making our physical environment more hospitible

2) developing a plan for consistent follow-up with all new attenders

3) encouraging community involvement and

4) offering outreach events such as the Homecoming Picnic, Senior Potlucks, and Adult Youth Group activities.

If you have any questions, contact Richard Cornell or  Jeff Brigham, or any member of the Evangelism House.
