Welcome! If you are looking for a church home, we offer a warm invitation to consider joining our church family. We strive to meet the individual needs of people and offer the opportunity to become actively involved in the life of the church. Membership is open to all people who wish to share in the worship of God and strive to live like Jesus taught us to live, loving God and our neighbor.

A Little About Our Worship: Worship at Concord is contemporary in styling and ever changing to meet the needs of the community we serve. That doesn not mean we change the message or leave behind our rich heritage. We teach from the Bible, using Jesus as our prime example of love-based living. We offer different forms of prayer, music, praise, and thanksgiving in each of our worship gatherings. We join in the Sacrament of Holy Communion at least once a month and encourage attendees to make a commitment to God by being Baptized by the Spirit and Water. We Baptize by sprinkling or pouring onsite, or immersion in a local body of water. We believe worshipping God is an integral element in our daily walk to become all that God intends us to become. We are excited about you joining us on this journey!!!

Festival of Lights
Beginning Sunday, November 30th and throughout Advent
We will be opening the Fellowship Hall to any Individuals or Groups that would like to Decorate a Tree.
·  Bring in an artificial tree
·  Decorate it in some creative theme, lights included.
·  On Sun., Dec. 21 right after worship, we will all come down for coffee hour and vote on the trees by dropping our noisy offering into cans placed by each tree.
· The tree with the most offering wins!
· And all proceeds go to the aware women’s shelter. YIPPEE!
· Ask your small group, bible class, family, or friends to join you in this joyous Advent activity and make a difference in the lives of women and children who live with violence in their homes.
Have an extra artificial tree? Donate it! Need one? Let us know!

Community Christmas Boxes
Our church will be participating in the Community Christmas Boxes again this year. We will need your help again in collecting non-perishable food items (look for the decorated Christmas box in the hallway) and gifts for teens and adults (we will have a Christmas tree with ornaments displaying gift ideas which you can purchase and return unwrapped to the church). If you would like to make a monetary donation, checks can be made out to Concord-Pulaski Community Fund and sent to P.O. Box 111, Concord MI 49237. All money collected will help purchase the turkeys, hams, butter, eggs, milk, etc. for the families.
Dates to Remember:
We will be sorting items at the Community Center on Thurs., Dec. 18,
Packing boxes will be on Fri., Dec. 19 and the
Firemen will deliver boxes on Sat., Dec. 20.
Last year we helped bring Christmas to over 30 families and are expecting even more this year. If you know of a family in need, please call Robyn in the office and she will put them on the list to receive a box.
